How to print receipt & enrollment documents from student portal.

UCLA Extension students may print the following documents via your Student Portal:

• Confirmation of Acceptance and Registration
• Confirmation of Completion
• Statement of Grade
• Payment Receipt

*Paralegal Training Program students need to contact the department for Enrollment Verification letters paralegal@uclaextension.edu.

To print these documents: 

1. Log into your Student Portal under "I'm Already A Student".
2. Once you are logged in, click on "My Enrollment History" on the left side navigation menu.
3. Click on "My Current Courses" tab.
4. Click the “Print” button under “Actions and Status”.
5. Under “Choose Report”, choose the document you need from the drop-down menu.    
6. Click "Print".
