How do I request a BruinCard ID?

Please follow the steps below to request a BruinCard ID

  • Login to the UCLA Extension Student Portal
    • On the left side of the page, click on Special Requests
    • Scroll down to the section Other Items for Purchase (image below)
      • Find the UCLA BruinCard Fee for Certificate Candidates and click Add to Cart
    • Click Checkout
      • Review profile information for accuracy
      • Enter your payment/billing details
      • Accept the registration terms and conditions (check box)
      • Click Continue Checkout
***Please note, students who are NOT a current candidate of a UCLA Extension certificate program are not eligible for a BruinCard or refund of BruinCard application fees. Bruincards must be picked up in person by the student; they are not able to be mailed.
