How many hours of homework can I expect in my Horticulture courses?
Updated
Our institution is on an academic quarter system and courses are 11 weeks long unless otherwise noted. As a rule of thumb, one academic unit typically requires approximately three hours of work outside of the classroom each week.
For example: 4-unit course, 4 units x 3 hours of studying (per unit) = 12 hours of study time per week.
Please note, these are suggestions for weekly study hours only and actual times may vary.
