UCLA Extension Student Portal Log-In Issues

If you've forgotten your password or no longer have access to the email address linked to your account, please do not create a new student account. Creating a duplicate account can cause issues with your records and enrollment history.

To Get Back into Your Account

If you are locked out or need to update your primary email, contact our Enrollment Center for personalized assistance:

Note: Due to FERPA guidelines (which protect student privacy), you'll be asked to verify your identity before we can restore your access.
