Graduation Ticket Troubleshooting Issues

If you are facing issues with obtaining your tickets, it could be for a number of reasons. Here are some ways to try to troubleshoot on your own:

  1. Do Not Login With Your UCLA Credentials
    The UCLA Central Ticket Office system will not recognize your UCLA Extension username. Doing so will give you an error message about "login credentials, missing attributes, etc." that won't allow you to complete your process.

    Please follow these instructions below if you are having issues with your tickets: 
  2. Try Another Browser, Device, or Logging Out
    Sometimes, switching browsers may solve your issue.
    Attempting on a different device may also solve your issue as well.
    On other occasions, you may need to log out of the account and try again.
