Panopto is available in your Canvas course and provides a quick way to record video, audio, presentation slides, and your computer screen. At UCLA Extension Canvas, Panopto is accessible via the "Videos" course navigation menu.
Note: Zoom meetings scheduled through the course Zoom area and recorded to the cloud will be automatically moved to the course Videos area (Panopto) within 24 hours. Please let your students know where to find the recordings.
Important:
- Due to privacy, Zoom recordings are not available for download and are only accessible via Canvas for the duration of the class.

Zoom recordings (where students are present) should not be embedded or shared across courses due to privacy/FERPA.

Embed Your Video For Students (Required)
While you can refer students to the course Videos area to watch videos, we recommend embedding videos directly into a a Content Page in your Canvas course Modules area.
