Accessing Your Survey: Please look for an email sent from studentrecords@uclaextension.edu, as this contains your unique evaluation link. If you do not see it in your inbox, we recommend checking your "Junk" or "Promotions" folders.
For your convenience, if your course is held online or in a hybrid format, you can also access your evaluation directly within Canvas. If your course is held fully in-person, please refer to the email link mentioned above.
Privacy and Grading: We understand you may have concerns regarding the timing of your feedback. Please be assured that:
- Evaluation results are not shared with instructors until after all final grades have been officially posted.
- Technical issues with the evaluation will not impact your final grade or academic standing.
Providing Detailed Feedback: If you have feedback that exceeds the survey's character limit, or if you continue to experience technical difficulties, you may send your comments directly to our team at: feedback@uclaextension.edu
