Teacher Induction - California Clear Credential Programs

The Teacher Induction - California Clear Credential Program is a two-year program with an individualized, job-embedded system of mentoring, support, and professional learning for newly credentialed teachers. This program is ideal for multiple-subject, single-subject, and education specialist teachers.

Learners can opt for one of two tracks: 

  1. Teacher Induction - School Mentor Track is ideal for teachers who have a site-based mentor selected and approved by their school administrator.   2. Teacher Induction - University Mentor Track, where UCLA Extension will match participating teachers with a highly qualified mentor teacher. Both programs are: 

  1. Offered in a fully online course format, allowing flexibility for California educators. 
  2. Offer an early completion option at the time of applying for the program. ECO students, if approved, are able to waive the orientation and Induction A courses.
