Completing an application and acceptance into the Landscape Architecture Certificate are NOT required before enrolling in beginning program certificate courses. Students are welcome to enroll in the two intro courses (noted below) prior to joining the certificate. This is our way of letting you "test drive" the program to make sure it is a good fit.
- Introduction to the Landscape Design Professions
- Design Graphics 1: Drafting and Drawing of the Built Environment
Once students complete and successfully pass the above listed two courses, they can start the application process. Visit our Landscape Architecture Certificate page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Apply Now button.
Students are required to complete the application questions, and submit official transcripts. Digital transcripts should be sent directly from the university where students completed their bachelor's degree to the email provided in the application.
Once the completed application and official transcripts are received by the program office, a separate email with a link to the pay the application fee will be sent. Once the application fee is received, students are admitted into the program and an additional welcome email will be sent.
*Students that do not have a bachelor's degree can still apply. Start the application and follow the directions for additional required fees and requirements.
