How to Email Zoom Meeting Information to Students Using the Instructor Portal

How to Email Zoom meeting information to your students while Canvas is unavailable.
Go to: https://ucla.zoom.us
Click on Login
After logging in, look at the menu on the left side of the screen.
Click Meetings on the left panel.
Click on the meeting name to open the full meeting information.
Click Copy Invitation and paste it into a new message to your students via the Instructor Portal.

After you log in, click on Courses
Click on a Course/Section name
Scroll down and click on Email All.
Enter a Subject
Enter a Message and paste the invitation you copied from ucla.zoom.us.
