The Construction Management Certificate can be completed in as little as 6 months or 2 quarters full-time and up to 5 quarters if only taking one course per quarter. The courses are listed in the order they should be taken. However, these are only recommendations and students can take courses in any order they would like.
The Construction Management Certificate program is designed to support learners at different stages of their professional journey. If you are new to construction management, we recommend starting with the fundamentals course that introduces core construction management concepts, terminology, and best practices. If you already have construction management experience, you may have flexibility in selecting courses that align with your goals.

Students must complete all courses with a “C” or better to complete the certificate.
