To enroll in the College Counseling certificate, please visit our website, and scroll down to the “Cost and Fees” section where you will find the yellow “Apply Now” button. From there you need to submit an application and official undergraduate transcripts showing proof of a US bachelor’s degree, and pay the one-time application fee. Graduate degree transcripts will not be accepted and an official undergraduate transcript is required.
If your transcripts are from an institution based outside the United States, they must be evaluated by a US-based foreign credential evaluation agency, and you will attach their evaluation to your application with your official transcripts. Please have them send the evaluation to yourself and then attach it to your application. A list of agencies can be found here.
This program admits students on a rolling basis and so there is no hard deadline to apply. Our courses do not have restrictions to enroll. In that case, if you want to enroll in courses while your application is pending, or to test out the feel of the program first before committing to applying, you are free to do so. After getting accepted into the program, your completed coursework would be automatically applied. Please keep in mind that courses have a 5 year shelf life to be applied towards a certificate and students will need to complete certificate requirements within 5 years of their first course.
