To apply for the Paralegal Studies Training Program, you must provide two versions of your transcripts: an unofficial copy attached to your online application and an official copy sent directly to our department. You must order two sets of transcripts to complete the process:
Official Transcript: If your school offers electronic delivery, have your transcripts sent directly to legal@uclaextension.edu.
Unofficial Transcript: Upload your unofficial transcript directly to your application through your student portal. This copy must clearly show your degree conferral (the date your degree was awarded).
International Transcripts
Applicants with degrees from outside the U.S. must submit an official course-by-course evaluation from an accredited service (such as WES, IERF, or ACEI). This evaluation verifies that you meet the minimum 60 semester/90 quarter unit requirement.
Create a student account or log in if you are a returning student.
-
Have the agency send the course-by-course evaluation directly to legal@uclaextension.edu. Please see the list of agencies from which we accept evaluations:
-
Once the Legal Programs department notifies you that the evaluation is received, log in to your portal, download the copy, and attach it to your application under "Transcripts.
- Important Note: DO NOT DELETE the original file from your student profile. Deleting the file will render the official evaluation invalid and you will need to reorder the evaluation.
