Applying to Paralegal Studies Training Program from Outside the United States

All courses in the Paralegal Studies Training Program are taught in a Live-Online format using Zoom. This synchronous learning method ensures that students interact in real-time with instructors and their peers.

  • Attendance Requirement: Students must be present for all scheduled class meetings. While some sessions may be recorded, these recordings do not replace the requirement for live participation.

  • Time Zone: All classes are conducted in Pacific Standard Time (PST).

  • You will need a reliable internet connection and a computer equipped with a camera and microphone to participate in the virtual classroom.

Visa and Residency Information

  • This program is not eligible for an F-1 student visa. Because the instruction is 100% remote, UCLA Extension does not issue the Form I-20 for this program.

  • You do not need to live in the United States or hold a specific visa to enroll, provided you can meet the synchronous attendance and academic requirements from your home country.
