As the General Business Studies with Concentration in Real Estate is made up of 36 elective units plus the ethics requirement, you have a great amount of flexibility to create your own curriculum.

Again, the General Business Studies with Concentration in Real Estate program curriculum is a total of 36 units, consisting of:
- 16 units of required coursework focused in real estate
- One required ethics course or seminar
- Additional 20 units of elective coursework in the business management discipline (MGMT X 1-199 and 400-499)*
If you are looking to study at a full-time pace (~12 units per quarter), follow the plan below:
Quarter one:
- Real Estate Principles (5 units)
- Plus two other real estate courses (at least 4 units each) - for example: Real Estate and Land Economics* and Legal Aspects of Real Estate*
Quarter two:
- Real Estate Practice* (5 units)
- Real estate course or MGMT elective (at least 4 units)
- Real estate course or MGMT elective (at least 4 units)
Quarter three:
- Real estate course or MGMT elective (at least 4 units)
- Real estate course or MGMT elective (at least 4 units)
- Real estate course or MGMT elective (at least 4 units)
- Business Ethics (0 units)
