UCLA Extension offers an Event Planning and Management Specialization program, which is made up of two courses - Event Management Essentials: Planning and Budgeting and Event Management: Implementation and Capstone. The courses are to be taken in sequential order, starting with the Essentials course before taking the Capstone course. This is a fully online program.

Students are given up to five years to complete the two courses. That said, most students can complete the program within two quarters.
