To use your AmeriCorps Education Award at UCLA Extension, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your MyAmeriCorps account
- Create Education Award Payment Request
- Select University of California, Los Angeles Extension as school name
- Enter the school term and your authorized amount
- Print and submit the Education Award Payment Request
- Download the UCLA Extension AmeriCorps Reimbursement form from the AmeriCorps section of our Financial Aid page
- When completing the form, check the box indicating you wish to use your AmeriCorps Award as reimbursement for courses you enrolled in
- When both forms are complete, submit both forms via email to finaid@uclaextension.edu
