Observed University Holidays
UCLA Extension is closed on official University holidays. No instruction or events are scheduled on these days, and all facilities are closed to the public:
January: New Year’s Day and Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
February: Presidents' Day
March: Cesar Chavez Day (last Friday of the month)
May: Memorial Day
July: Independence Day
September: Labor Day
November: Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and the Friday that follows
December: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve
Religious Observance Policy
