Confirmation of Attendance and Enrollment Receipts

As a UCLA Extension student, you can easily access and print your official documents through your secure Student Portal. 

Documents You Can Print

You can print the following documents for your records:

  • Confirmation of Acceptance and Registration
  • Confirmation of Completion
  • Statement of Grade
  • Payment Receipt

*Paralegal Training Program students need to contact the department for Enrollment Verification letters paralegal@uclaextension.edu.

Steps to Print Your Documents: Follow these simple steps after logging into your Student Portal:

  1. On the left-side navigation menu, click "My Enrollment History."
  2. Click on the "My Current Courses" tab.
  3. Find the course entry you need and click the “Print” button located under “Actions and Status.”
  4. A pop-up menu will appear. Under “Choose Report,” select the specific document you wish to print from the drop-down list.
  5. Click "Print" to generate and finalize your document.
