Requesting Your Certificate or Award of Completion
You must first request an official audit of your program to ensure you have successfully completed all requirements in order to receive your academic credential. Contact Student Advising to request the certificate audit. All courses must be completed before you submit your request. Audit requests are typically processed between weeks 4 and 8 of each academic quarter.
Log in to the student portal and check your academic progress using "My Certificates and Specializations".
Please use the following subject line format: Audit Request, First & Last Name, Name of Certificate/ Specialization Program
You will receive an automated email confirmation with a ticket number. If you do not receive a response within 5 business days, please reply directly to your original confirmation email to request a status update. For questions about certificate status or special circumstances, contact your Academic Advisor or Program Representative.
