Tracking Your Progress and Requesting a Completion Audit

You can check on the progress of your certificate program directly through the student portal, under My Certificates and Specializations. Once you have established candidacy and paid the application fee, your program will be linked there. 

Tracking Your Progress

  1. Log into your student portal and go to My Certificates and Specializations.

  2. Click on the title of the certificate program.

  3. This will take you to an unofficial audit.

    1. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact an academic advisor at advising@uclaextension.edu.  

Requesting a Completion Audit

  1. Once you've successfully completed the certificate requirements and final grades have been posted, reach out to an advisor for a certificate completion audit at advising@uclaextension.edu. 
  2. An academic advisor will confirm your completion and our Records team will issue the certificate.
  3. Official academic credentials are sent to you by Parchment.
