Enroll in a Course Using Account Credits

Enrolling with Account Credits

  1. Sign in to the student portal.

  2. Navigate to your account or billing area to view your available credit balance. 
    (Note: If your credit balance does not display or is incorrect, submit a ticket for assistance before proceeding.)

  3. Locate the course you wish to take and compare its total cost to your available credit balance.

    • Credits equal to or greater than the course cost: The balance will fully cover your enrollment.

    • Credits lower than the course cost: You will need to pay the remaining balance with an additional payment method.

  4. Add the course to your shopping cart and open the checkout page.

  5. Select the option to apply account credits.

  6. Review the updated order total to confirm that the credits applied correctly.

  7. Complete the enrollment process.
